1 box chocolate cake mix
1 large can cherry pie filling
1 can (12 oz.) 7-up

Directions:
12"x9" baking Dish. Grease dish thoroughly, no flour. Pour cherries on the bottom. Mix cake mix and 7-up together to remove most lumps. Pour on top of cherries. Bake at 350º for about 50/60 minutes.

Variation: Add small can crushed pineapple, Substitute white or yellow cake for the chocolate cake. Follow recipe by adding pineapple to the cherries.
