1 lb. Breakfast sausage
1 T. Butter
4 T. Flour
1 t. Black pepper
1 t. Salt
4-5 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown crumbled sausage in large skillet drain. Add butter. When butter is melted sprinkle flour over mixture ad pepper and salt. saute over high heat for 1 min. Add milk bring to a boil, lower heat and let thicken. Serve over hot biscuits or chicken fried steaks.
