1head green cabbage
2-3 carrots

Dressing:

1/2 c lite Helman's mayo (more if head of cabbage is large)
Juice from 2 small lemons
2T fresh dill chopped fine or 1T dried dill
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Slice cabbage into thin strips.
Peel and shave carrots into long pieces with carrot peeler.

Combine mayo, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper in small bowl. Wisk until well blended.

Toss with cabbage and carrot mixture.
