6 cups 1/2 in pieces of rhubarb 3 cups sugar 3 oz pkg strawberry jello
Mix rhubarb and sugar and let set over night. Add jello. Boil 1 minute. Cool and freeze.
We came to know Margaret through her two children, Mark and Marcy. Mark and Marcy were the first two kids Mom agreed to baby-sit. They became part of the family and we are still close today. Mom adopted many of her recipes over the years.
