1 block butter or margarine
2 onions, chopped
1 bell pepper
2 toes garlic
2 lb. crawfish, sut up
2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute seasonings in butter. Add cut up crawfish. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Add cream cheese and cook until melted smoothly. Add hot sauce or Tabasco to taste.
