8 medium red potatoes, quartered
3/4 cup Alfredo sauce
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in large saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until tender.

Drain potatoes; mash with Alfredo sauce, butter and pepper.
