2 eggs
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons oil*
2 tablespoons baking powder
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon baking soda


*For waffles, use 1/4 cup oil

Directions:
Mix eggs, oil, and milk together. Mix well. Add rest of ingredients and mix. Works best if you sift your flour first and let mix set for 2 minutes before cooking.

I grew up on this recipe and my mom gets asked for it all the time. Very tasty! I prefer these over white pancakes any day.
