Ingredients:

1/4 cup oil
2 cups chopped onion
1 pound ground beef
1 tsp salt
1 cup catsup
2 tbsp mustard
2 tsp vinegar
2 cans pork and beans
1 can kidney beans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.

Variations -
Use sausage instead of hamburger
Omit catsup but increase mustard by 1/4 cup
Use baked beans instead of pork and beans

The Long family lived across the street from Mom and Dad for many years when we lived in the Jackson Street house. She gave this recipe to Mom at some point after both households retired.
