5 lb. bag potatoes
1 c. half & half cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter or margerine
1 1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes, cube, cook till tender and drain. Beat softened cream cheese with half & half. Add hot potatoes & blend well. Add butter and seasonings. Blend well. Place in 2 qt. casserole dish, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake 45 minutes at 350. May be prepared ahead and refrigerated till ready to bake. (Freezing is not recommended)
