1 tbsp prepared mustard
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup chopped sweet pickle
2 tbsp mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and blend in mustard, flour, sugar and salt. Combine vinegar and water and stir into mustard mixture and cook til thick. Add sweet pickle and mayonnaise and mix well.

Serve over cooked cabbage wedges with franks.
