2 10 oz pkgs frozen broccoli
2 10 oz pkgs frozen cauliflower
1 can water chestnuts (slivered)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 8 oz jar cheese whiz
1 can French fried onion rings

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegetables til crisp and tender. Heat soups and cheese til melted. Put veggies in buttered casserole and pour sauce over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle with bread crumbs or French fried onion rings for last 5 minutes.

This was a requirement at every holiday meal. Everyone loves this casserole but we're not sure where Mom originally got the recipe.
