2 lb. homestyle frozen hashbrown potatoes
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream chicken soup
1 stick butter or margarine
2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 c. cheddar cheese

Topping:
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1 stick margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Turn oven on to 350. Mix together sour cream, soup, pepper, cheese, and chopped onion. Put stick of butter or margarine in 9x13 and put in oven until butter is melted. Put partially thawed potatoes in pan. Spread sour cream mixture over potatoes. Mix together topping ingredients and spread over potatoes. Bake for one hour.
