1 lb. Jalapeño Peppers chopped and ground in blender. 1-teaspoon salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Add equal parts water and vinegar to cover all the ground peppers. When putting in jars, make sure you add enough of the water/vinegar mixture so your sauce will pour out of the jar. Delicious in anything you want to add a little zest too. Soups, stews, spaghetti sauce and as an additive to sausages, juices and canned tomatoes. (Only if you are pressure canning the juice and/or tomatoes.)
