1 pound lean pork steak
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped onions
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp msg
2 cups beef broth
3 tbsp corn starch
1 can mushrooms, drained with reserved liquid
1 16 oz can Chinese vegetables
2 tbsp LaChoy brown gravy sauce

Cut meat into thin diagonal strips and brown in large skillet. Add celery, onion, soy sauce, msg and broth. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Blend corn starch and mushroom liquid. Add to meat mixture. Add mushrooms and 1 16 oz can Chinese vegetables (drained) and 2 tbsp LaChoy brown gravy sauce. Boil 1 minute. Serve over chow mein noodles and rice.
