1 15 oz box raisin bran 3 cups sugar 5 cups flour 2 tsp salt 5 tsp baking powder 4 eggs, beaten 1 cup melted shortening 1 quart buttermilk
Mix the raisin bran, sugar, flour, salt and baking powder together. Add the other ingredients. Bake in muffin tins at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Batter may be stored for up to 6 weeks in refrigerator.
