Juice from a fresh squeezed orange
1/2 cup olive oil
1 clove of garlic crushed
1/2 tablespoon dried cilantro or 1/4 cup fresh, chopped

Directions:

Mix together and pour over chicken breast tenders, Let chicken marinate for at least 1 hour. Grill on BBQ.

Wonderfully light, great for a warm summer evening. Serve with grilled veggies and a tossed salad. I made this the first time with grilled artichokes. By the time the artichokes were ready, chicken was marinated and both were ready for the grill
