1 pkg. green noodles (spinach)
3 or 4 green onions, chopped fine
1 can undiluted mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) carton cream cheese
1 tsp. mustard
1 c. sherry-add 3 tbsp. flour
1 lb. shrimp-boiled and cleaned
1/2 lb. grated cheese (or more)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil noodles in salt water.
Drain and drop in onions-let steam few minutes.
Mix together soup, mayo, sour cream, mustard and sherry.
Spread noodles in 9 x 13 flat casserole.
Spread layer of shrimp to cover with sauce. Sprinkle with cheese on top.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or so. Serves 10-12.
My mother served this casserole on Christmas as an added treat with turkey and dressing.
