10 cups cubed rhubarb
7 cups sugar
1 6 1/2 ounce pkg jello (any flavor)
4 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Bring rhubarb and sugar to a boil and cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Add jello powder and lemon juice and stir until dissolved.
Freezes well.
