1 large can apricots
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 large can crushed pineapple
2 pkgs. orange jello
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter
whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juices from fruit. Dissolve jello in 2 cups hot water. Add 1 cup juice. Set slightly.

Combine mashed apricots, pineapple and marshmallows. Add sugar, flour and 1 cup juice. Cook 'til thick. Add beaten egg and butter. Cook 'til butter melts. Cool and add whipped topping.

Spread on jello

Mom's recipe ended with instructions to "grate cheese on top". I don't remember this recipe with cheese and the ingredients didn't mention cheese. But, feel free to give it a try if you want an adventure.
