Ingredients:  
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 cup cubed turkey
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup sliced almonds
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 chopped, hard boiled eggs
salt to taste
potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cook celery and onion in butter. Mix all together lightly. Put into 2 quart casserole - top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes
