Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cans fruit pie filling; any flavor
2 boxes Jiffy yellow cake mix (or 1 regular size cake mix)
1 stick butter; divided in half
Vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a microwave safe casserole dish empty one can of fruit pie filling; spread evenly. Top with 1 box of the dry Jiffy cake mix (or 1/2 box if you use the regular size cake mix). Melt 1/2 stick of the butter in microwave in a small bowl. Spoon melted butter over dry cake mix. Repeat layers (I do not use the whole box of cake mix on the top layer; I only use about 3/4 of it); ending with butter. Microwave on high for 30 minutes. Remove from microwave and let set for 10 minutes. Scoop into dessert dish and top with ice cream.
