1 heaping cup large elbow macaroni
2 cups broccoli flowerets
2 cups cauliflower flowerets
4 T butter
4 T all purpose flour
1/2 to 1 tsp salt
1/2 pepper
1-1/2 cups milk
2 cups grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Cook macaroni in boiling water, 6 to 8 minutes, drain. Steam broccoli/cauliflower about 5 mins or cook in covered saucepan with 1 inch water. In saucepan melt butter, stir in flour and cook for a few minutes. Slowly add salt, pepper, and milk using a whip to prevent lumping. Stir in 2 cups Parmesan cheese and mustard. Combine sauce w/macaroni and broccoli/cauliflower. Spoon into 2 qt. baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375º 20/25 minutes until bubbly.
