1 cup sugar, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup margarine, 1 cup oil, 1 egg, 3 1/2 cups flour, 1 t baking soda, 1 t cream of tartar, 1 t vanilla, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup rice crispies, 1 cup coconut, 1 cup nuts, 1 pkg. chocolate chips (12 oz.).

Mix sugars and oils together. Add egg. Add remaining ingredients. Roll in balls and flatten with fork. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350º for 10 to 15 minutes. Place on paper towel to cool.
