5 hard boiled eggs
1 head lettuce chopped
1/2 c bell pepper
1 small pkg raw defrosted frozen peas (English)
3 c mayonnaise
3 T sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Layer half the lettuce. Top with onion, pepper & peas. Layer other half lettuce. Cut eggs in slices & spread on top. Mix mayonnaise & sugar then spread on top. Refrigerate for 24 hours
