Green onions, sliced
Monterey Jack cheese, thinly sliced
Garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Layer zucchini sliced lengthwise, green onions, fresh sliced mushrooms, Jack cheese and garlic salt. It makes two layers. Bake until tender.
