1/2 lb. cooked chicken, diced
1 head lettuce, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
2 tsp. toasted almond slivers
2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
1 pkg. Ramen Noodles, broken up


(Mix several hours ahead.)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. black pepper
1 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. rice vinegar

Combine above. Toss with dressing. Serve mounded on ring of cantaloupe.
