4 to 5 limes
1 can fat free sweetened condensed milk
1 pt. vanilla ice cream softened
1 ready to use graham cracker pie crust
1/2 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
From limes finely grate 4 tsp. zest and squeeze 2/3 c. juice. In large bowl with wire whisk, stir undiluted condensed milk, lime zest, and lime juice until blended. Whisk ice cream into milk mixture until evenly blended. Pour into pie crust. Top with whipped whipping cream and garnish with lime zest if desired. Serve frozen.
