2 8 oz. containers plain yogurt, divided
1 package dry ranch dressing mix
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/4 c. diced onion
6 pita bread rounds
lettuce
tomato

Directions:
Directions:
Combine one container of yogurt with ranch dressing mix. Combine 1/2 mixture with remaining container of yugurt and diced cucumber and refrigerate. Mix ground beef and onion into the rest of the ranch yogurt mixture. Shape into six patties and grill for seven minutes on each side in oven or bbq. Fill pitas with burgers, cucumber sauce, lettuce and tomatoes.
