1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 T. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
6 apples, peeled and sliced
cinnamon sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar oil and eggs. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Add apples and pour into greased 9x13 baking pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake 350º for 30-35 minutes.
