2 packages dry yeast 1/4 c. warm water 1 1/4 cup milk 3 T. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 4 T. butter 3 c. flour
Dissolve yeast in water. Warm milk, sugar, salt and butter. Add yeast and flour and stir until blended. Put in a warm place for 15 minutes. Turn out on a floured board and press to 1 inch thinkness. Cut out circles. Fold dough circles over bits of butter and place on greased coookie sheet. Let rise 15 minutes and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
