1 (5 oz) can chow mein noodles
1 Cup diced cooked chicken
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 cup cashew nuts
3/4 cup chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup chicken broth

Boil Chicken and save broth. Set aside 1/2 cup crisp chow mein noodles. Combine remaining ingredients. Place in a greased casserole dish.. Sprinkle reserved noodles over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
(Could substitute turkey for chicken)
