1 pkg Shake N Bake Original Chicken Seasoned Coating Mix
- or flour and breadcrumbs mixture

6 skinless, boneless chicken bread halves

4 tbsp olive oil

c. each sour cream and mayonnaise ( reduced-fat if you prefer)

1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
shake or coat chicken with breading mixture
(can be coated and refrigerated with wax paper between pieces up to 1 day before cooking)

Heat 2 tbsp oil in each of 2 large nonstick skillets over medium heat.

Add 3 chicken halves to each and cook, turning once, 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

Meanwhile mix sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice until blended. Server drizzled over chicke.
