2 1/4 c. sugar
4 c. water
2 cinnamon sticks
10 whole cloves
8 allspice berries
1 small piece ginger root
4 c. orange juice
2 c. lemon juice
2 qt. apple cider

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the sugar and water and boil five minutes. Remove from heat and add spices. Cover and let stand one hour or longer. Strain out spices. Add orange juice, lemon juice, and apple cider before serving. Bring just to a boil and remove from heat.
