10 beaten eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 t. salt
2 c. shredded Monterey jack cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
1- 7 oz. can diced green chilis
1 pint cottage cheese

Directions:

Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add aother ingredients and blend well. Bake in 9 x 13 pan @ 350 for 30 min.
