2 T. olive oil
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 zucchini, chopped
1/2 c. chopped carrots
6 c. chicken stock
1/2 c. crushed tomatoes
1/2 t. salt
1 bag frozen cheese tortillini

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion, zucchini, and carrots in oil until soft. Add stock. Cook to a boil and add remaining ingredients. Boil until noodles float. Serve with biscuits or breadsticks.
