2 lbs ground beef
2 lbs ground pork
1 container chicken liver/gizzards
1 bunch shallots
1 bunch celery
1 bunch parsley
2-3 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 onions
2 bell peppers
4 cups rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork and beef, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder. In separate pot, cook 4-5 cups of rice. Chop all other ingredients into manageable pieces and run food processor until chopped fine. Add to pot and mix with meat. Let cook on med-hi for about 45 minutes. Fold cooked rice into dressing pot. Cover and let stand for 15-20 minutes to let it all meld together.
