9" pie pan
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp flour

6 cups peeled & sliced pears (1 pear is approx. = to 1 cup)
1 1/2 tsp butter

This is a two crust pie.

Mix thoroughly 3/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp nutmeg, 2 tbsp flour.

Into this, gently mix in 6 cups of pears peeled and sliced pears. Pour into pastry lined pan.

Dot with 1 1/2 tbsp butter
Top with crust making sure you cut slits. Bake at 425 until brown - 35-40 min.
