1 ripe tomato
1 sweet onion
Fresh mozzarella
Balsamic vinaigarette or italian dressing
Fresh Basil

Slice ripe tomatoes and sweet onion (such as Vidalia).
Arrange alternately on plate. Scatter cubed Mozzarella
or fresh Mozzarella balls over tomatoes and onions and
sprinkle with coarsely chopped fresh basil.

Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette or Italian dressing over.

If you donít like onion, just leave them out. The salad
Is great anyway. Sliced cucumber is good with this, too.
