3-4 pound chuck or boneless rump roast
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Turn oven to 350°. Place meat in center of a large
Piece of aluminum foil in a roasting pan. Brush
Worcestershire sauce on roast. Sprinkle onion soup
mix over it. Spread with mushroom soup. Wrap
foil loosely but be sure completely sealed. Bake 3 to
3-1/2 hours. Makes it’s own gravy.

This can be done in a crock-pot for 6-8 hours on
Low. Do not use foil.
