1 cup grated cheddar cheese (sharp)
1 tsp. flour
1 white of egg
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Dash of black pepper
Cracker meal or cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix seasonings & flour w/grated cheese. Beat in a stiffly beaten egg.white. Make into balls & roll in cracker crumbs. Fry in deep fat and serve hot.
