1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. soda
Dash of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter,blend in eggs, and vanilla and peanut butter. Sift the dry ingredientsand and blend. Chill for about 30 minutes or longer. Roll into small balls and put on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Lightly press with a fork. Bake at 325-350 for 8-10 minutes.

I make these like peanut butter blossom cookies with the candy kisses on top, the last 2-3 minutes I take them out of the oven put the kisses on then put them back in for few minutes.
