Crust:
2 cups flour
1 cup butter (margarine is good, butter is better)
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Topping:
2 cups sugar,
4 tbsp flour,
4 beaten eggs,
1 tsp baking powder,
1/4 tsp salt,
juice of 2 lemons

Glaze:
Lemon juice and powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients together till well blended. Pat into jelly roll pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350.

During last 5 minutes of crust baking time beat the eggs well and add the other ingredients mixing after each. Pour over the crust and bake 25 minutes longer.

Spread the glaze over the hot bars. Start with a cup of powdered sugar and ??? lemon juice. Mix well and make it quite runny. Mix up some more if not quite enough to cover the top.

As all ovens differ, check the crust before the time is up. If the edges are getting too dark remove and put the topping on.
