stew meat
flour 1/4 cup or enough to coat meat
salt pepper garlic
carrorts
celery
onion
frozen peas or frozen string beans or any other vegetable that you like or is a leftover.
olive oil
Beef bouillon, vegetable bouillon to cover meat.
small yellow gold potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
cut meat into bite sizes and put in plastic bag with the flour salt pepper and garlic Coat meat.
Brown in oil (I use a Dutch oven) a crock pot will work or a regular pot
Add onions
Cover with beef bouillon or vegetable bouillon
Simmer real low until meat becomes tender
add water as needed
Add all other ingredients and cook until vegetables are done,
