Shrimp Salad Recipe

2 lbs. medium shrimp
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. cooked pasta shells(small)
1 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. horseradish
Salt & pepper

Cook shrimp in large pot with Zataraine's shrimp and crab boil. (Bring water to boil, add shrimp & cook 5 minutes, turn heat off and let stand in water about 5 minutes.)
Drain & rinse with cold water.
Peel & devein shrimp, rinse lightly in cold water, drain, pat dry in paper towel.
Mix with remaining ingredients (you may want to add more mayonnaise.)
Serve on green lettuce leaf.
