1/4 c. cider vinegar
3 T. honey
1 t. cumin
dash of salt and pepper

2 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
1 lb. corn
1 c. plum tomatoes, chopped
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
5 green onions, chopped
2 avocados, chopped
1 head lettuce ( butter, bib, or Boston)
1 red pepper, diced
8 oz. grated cheese (cheddar or Monterey jack)
crushed tortilla chips

Mix all ingredients with dressing just before serving.
