1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. seasame seed
2 pkg. ramen noodles - broken into small pieces
1 lg. head chopped Nappa cabbage
6 green onions chopped
(can add shredded red cabbage for color)

DRESSING:
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cider vinegar
2 T. soy sauce
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In 350º oven, combine almonds, sesame seed and noodles in 8" round pan. Bake 15 - 20 min. stirring often, until browned. Cool.

In large bowl combine all salad ingredients.
In jar combine all dressing ingredients and shake well.

Pour over saled and toss to coat.
