1 1/2 lbs ground beef 1 tsp salt
2- 8 oz tomato sauce 8 oz cream cheese
chopped green pepper 1 medium onion, diced
1/8 tsp pepper 1 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup sour cream
8 oz noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef and onion until brown. Add salt, pepper, tomato sauce - simmer.
Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green pepper, green onion.
Put half of the cooked noodles in a baking dish. Spread cheese mixture on top. Add the rest of the noodles. Pour the meat sauce on top. Bake for 30 min at 350 degrees. The top can be dotted with cheese if desired.
