CAKE
1 package lemon Supermoist cake mix
1 c mayonnaise
3 eggs
1 c water

FROSTING
3 oz softened cream cheese
1 stick softened butter
6 tsp lemon zest
2 c powdered sugar
1 c lemon curd

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Prepare cake according to package directions, substituting above ingredients. Pour into 2 pans that have been greased and floured. Bake 30 - 35 minutes or till cake springs back. Cool before frosting.

Frosting: Mix all ingredients together except lemon curd. Spread middle layer with lemon curd. Put other layer on top and frost the rest of the cake.
