3 oz. cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. cold water
2 tbsp. Knox gelatin
5 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place soup and cream cheese in double boiler and blend well. Add gelatin to cold water in separate bowl and stir. Add this to soup mixture and stir until dissolved. Add other ingredients to chicken. Add the chicken mix to soup mixture and blend. Put in larger Pyrex dish; cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate. Serve on bed of lettuce & garnish with pimento slices.
