1 lb. margarine
1-1/2 c. white sugar
1-1/2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Juice of 1 lemon or 1 tbsp. of lemon concentrate (optional)
6 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of salt
2 c. pecans
1 c. chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine & sugars together. Add vanilla, lemon juice, and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Mix flour, soda, cinnamon, and salt. Add nuts & chocolate chips (if using). Shape into roll. Wrap in wax paper. Refrigerate overnight. Slice thin and bake at 350º for 5 minutes or until done.
